I run because I can see myself laying in that hospital bed with tubes in my chest and in my mouth breathing for me...
I run because I can still hear those voices telling me I will be the child being pushed around in that wheelchair the rest of my life...
I run because I can still remember not sleeping for weeks at a time and praying night after night for the strength to overcome that battle...
I run with true passion in my heart thats been given to me through a hard journey in my life I now appreciate so much...
I run simply because I know where I started in all this and it makes my mission worth it even more...
